Mary's Rockfish Cakes

1 pound of rockfish fillets
10 Ritz crackers crushed
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of celery seed
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
Add Old Bay to taste


Remove the dark meat from the fillets.

Boil fish until done. Let the fish cool down in the refrigerator until room temperature.

Crumble the fillets into the above mixed ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Make into cakes and cool in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Cook in a pan with oil on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Cakes can also be broiled at 350 degrees and bake until brown.
