| Adrian Butt of Portsmouth, VA, landed this 48 inch 31 pound 5 ounce cobia on Sandbridge Pier in Virginia Beach around 4 pm, one hour before high tide on a pin rig using a live bluefish. Photo by Ed Huff | Fishing aboard their boat Knot Workin, Wayne Coble and his wife Betty caught these two cobia on Saturday, July 15, '06. Her fish was caught on a live spot and weighed 53 pounds. His citation fish was caught on cut bunker and weighed 62.5 pounds. They were anchored up chumming in 15 feet of water at Bluefish Rock. |
