MARK FIKE

HUNTING AND FISHING PRODUCT REVIEWS AND TIPS

Mark Fike has been fishing, hunting and trapping for 30+ years. His time in the Marine Corps allowed him to visit new places in the South and Southwest and further hone his wingshooting, angling and tracking skills. When Mark is not spending time with his family or in church you can bet he is on the water or in the woods.

Mark is a born and bred Tidewater countryboy who enjoys almost all outdoor pursuits related to fishing, hunting or trapping. However, his favorites are the simple things such as small game and small bore hunting and shooting, floating and fishing small waters or fishing with kids for panfish or eating size catfish.

You will find him smiling just as much about a stringer of eating size bream as you will one of the citation largemouth he has taken. He enjoys living off the land and raises, catches or hunts for his meat.

These unique experiences are helpful to him in bringing you, the readers of Chesapeake Angler, insightful tips on hunting and fishing.

"When I go on the water or in the woods I like to remember why I love being outside fishing and hunting. Besides taking home a good tasting, God given meal, I enjoy observing all that has been created for our enjoyment."
