2 pounds of fresh rockfish filets (approximate)
3 cups white wine
chopped parsley
1/2
cup Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sesame oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp liquid smoke (hickory)
2 tsp liquid smoke (pecan)
cracked pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
3 lemon slices
Place rockfish
in an aluminum foil "boat."
Close the foil very tightly and place it on a 450 degree grill
for 90 minutes.
Remove from grill and let cool for 30 minutes then cool in the
refridgerator for another 30 minutes.
Serve with cream cheese or sour cream dip and crackers.
