Roy Olive - Business Manager

Before joining Russo Financial, I flew attack helicopters in the U.S. Army, worked in real estate in California and New Hampshire, and spent the last 14 years in financial services sector of the automotive industry. Having been a boater all my life, the opportunity to manage a new location for Russo Financial in Norfolk, VA seemed like the perfect fit. I love working with people - building relationships is one of my strong suits so helping others obtain boat loans becomes rewarding and exciting. I also appreciate the family atmosphere that the Russo’s have created and know that my association with them will continue to develop. I look forward to servicing our customers in the southeast, and to a rewarding career with Russo Financial.

Throughout my college program at ECPI in Virginia Beach, I have always imagined myself being in the finance side of business upon graduation. Their Computer and Information Science program with a major in Business Administration has given me many tools to prepare myself for this career. Jerry Pitts - Senior Business Manager

I was in the auto industry for years, holding many positions from a tech and service writer to sales and leasing and general sales manager. During this time, I developed my keen interest in boating. I was delighted when Larry Russo was revamping his boat finance department in late 1995 and offered me the opportunity to become the Business Office Manager in Medford, MA. The finance segment of Russo’s kept growing and we expanded to Chesapeake Bay in late 2000 (and I love the longer boating season here). I enjoy cruising the Chesapeake in my Trojan Express Cruiser, the “Done Deal”. I hold a U.S.C.G. Masters License, 100 Ton, 100 Miles Near Coastal, thus the Russo slogan “Financial Services from Boaters...Not Bankers”.
